PANTONE 375-7 CVS is the process color for a 25% grey. I don't know of any websites that will do the conversion for you; I had to do it by pulling up Illustrator and going through the PANTONE library. Their color library is proprietary, not open-source, so it's not the case that just anyone can make software (or websites) that use it. You have to buy a license from them.

If you want to know the precise answer... there is none. The reason Pantone was created was to make a colors they could guarantee would always produce the same.

Your computer does not. If you look at 25% grey on one computer, and 25% grey on another computer, they won't be the same. Heck. Print out 25% grey on your printer, then scan it back in and it will change. I'm going to guess that 25% grey is different depending on what brand of paint or marker you use.

If you need to match a color exactly, you almost HAVE to buy a Pantone book. They're pricey, but it's the only way to be sure to get an exact match, if that's what you're looking for.

When you see the selection the percentages should be next to the examples
