God Almighty is the only Creator of all that exits. (Gen. 1:1)

God has revealed Himself as "One God" and "One Lord" (Dueteronomy 6:3; Mark 12:29)

God created man from dirt and the image of God (Genesis 1)

Bible says; "God is not a man... not the son of man.." (Numbers 19:23) Other places contradicts this(?)

Iff that is true then there is no Son of GOD and there is NO TRINITY

If the Bible is the Word of God, then he's a terrible writer. You'd think that a god could be more clear and less self-contradictory in his writing.

Actually, it is the very fact that the Bible is vague and contradictory that makes it so popular. It allows people to interpret it in many different ways. This has allowed a wide range of people to use the Bible as a tool to push their own view.

This is some of the reasons why Matthew, Mark, Luke and John are called synoptic Gospels. They are told similarly, but are written by 4 different people with 4 differing opinions on the same events. This is 1 of the reasons why the Bible is deemed truth. If they all wrote the same thing, it would look like they were copying each other. The synoptic Gospels were written in different years also, so some of them would have had better memories of the accounts that happened than others. You should do a study yourself on the Synoptic Gospels as this would open your eyes more to the truth that is hidden within the Bible. pray that the Holy Spirit will open your eyes as that is the only way you will be able to understand the Scriptures.
2Timothy 3:16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:
Joh 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
Joh 1:14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.
This is proof that God is Jesus. This is all you need to know to support the fact and the truth that God is 1 God with 3 personalities (3 persons) Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

THE TRINITY CONCEPT IS DECEPTION AND GOD AND JESUS IS ONE ONLY IN THE WAY THEY THINK, THE PLAN FOR MANKIND. IT IS GOD THE FATHER AND JESUS THE SON. GOD IS A FAMILY AND IS REPRODUCING HISSELF WITH THOSE WHO KEEP HIS LAWS.
It may first be noted that the words “in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one” (KJ) found in older translations at 1 John 5:7 are actually spurious additions to the original text. A footnote in The Jerusalem Bible, a Catholic translation, says that these words are “not in any of the early Greek MSS [manuscripts], or any of the early translations, or in the best MSS of the Vulg[ate] itself.” A Textual Commentary on the Greek New Testament, by Bruce Metzger (1975, pp. 716-718), traces in detail the history of the spurious passage. It states that the passage is first found in a treatise entitled Liber Apologeticus, of the fourth century, and that it appears in Old Latin and Vulgate manuscripts of the Scriptures, beginning in the sixth century. Modern translations as a whole, both Catholic and Protestant, do not include them in the main body of the text, because of recognizing their spurious nature.—RS, NE, NAB.

Other evidence of its impersonal nature. Further evidence against the idea of personality as regards the holy spirit is the way it is used in association with other impersonal things, such as water and fire (Mt 3:11; Mr 1:8); and Christians are spoken of as being baptized “in holy spirit.” (Ac 1:5; 11:16) Persons are urged to become “filled with spirit” instead of with wine. (Eph 5:18) So, too, persons are spoken of as being ‘filled’ with it along with such qualities as wisdom and faith (Ac 6:3, 5; 11:24) or joy (Ac 13:52); and holy spirit is inserted, or sandwiched in, with a number of such qualities at 2 Corinthians 6:6. It is most unlikely that such expressions would be made if the holy spirit were a divine person. As to the spirit’s ‘bearing witness’ (Ac 5:32; 20:23), it may be noted that the same thing is said of the water and the blood at 1 John 5:6-8. While some texts refer to the spirit as ‘witnessing,’ ‘speaking,’ or ‘saying’ things, other texts make clear that it spoke through persons, having no personal voice of its own. (Compare Heb 3:7; 10:15-17; Ps 95:7; Jer 31:33, 34; Ac 19:2-6; 21:4; 28:25.)

I personaly don't think the bible is the word of 'god', it was written by man by there observations and/or what they thought they heard. Through the ages, man has had a flair for telling tall stories and passing on folk tales. Example, the story of Noah and the ark appears in almost every civiliation...muslem included. But he isn't always called Noah and it takes place in different places. How do we know that the people that put together the bible have it right.

Don't forget that the bible we have today is short volumes of 'gods word', what we see is what the roman catholic church wants us to see. Ask a priest what did christ do his whole life...he could answer it truthfully...but won't.

The most high living God of Israel is the only one most high God.

Jesus is His word....The holy Spirit is the working force of God.

and the word and the Spirit are subordinate to the mind and will of God..

we have a trinity also..

1. John 2. said 3. I am going to turn on the lights
4. and I turned on the lights

John= my identity said= my mind and will of what I am going to say or do ......
3. I am going to turn on the lights ( now, that voice modulation you hear is a sound wave I created by my mind )

Is the word//voice mod. me 1. no and 2. yes.... I created it with my mind and my voice mod. is my will to say and subordinate to me..

4.and I turned on the lights this is my working force and once again is subordinate to my mind and will..
( I could change my mind and not turn on the lights )

all the above are me and one.. however the word and my working force are subordinate to my will and mind..

The same as the Holy Trinity...There is only one most high God..

The Lord God of Israel.. and the word and the spirit are subordinate to Him... and the three are one

God said, "let there be light " and there was light

God = the most high living God of Israel
said = the mind of God formulating what to say
let there be light = Jesus the word of God
and there was light = the working force of God

The Bible is just a collection of books. Some of the stories are folklores, so what do you expect? A book with so many authors makes a lousy reading. Much like too many cooks spoils the broth!

Hummmmmm, you talking about Bible apparent Contradictions, but is a Matter of Definition and Analysis.
Bible contradictions must be analyzed under traditional rules of logic and reason. At first glance, certain scripture can appear contradictory with other scripture, but further investigation reveals something different. First, reasonable skeptics should agree on the definition of a contradiction. "The Law of Non-contradiction," which is the basis of all logical reasoning, maintains that something cannot be "a" and "non-a" at the same time. For instance, it can't be day and night at the same time and at the same place. Therefore, if a biblical scripture violates this Law, it has been established as a contradiction. However, based on the same Law, two statements can differ without being in contradiction.

For example, one witness in a court case might testify that he saw two people at a crime scene, Jake and Sam, while another witness may only testify to seeing Sam. These statements are not contradictory. In fact, in a court of law, these statements could be considered complementary. This is the nature of many of the alleged contradictions in the Bible. For instance, in Matthew, we read that Jesus met two blind men. In Mark and Luke, we only read about one blind man meeting Jesus. In Matthew and Mark, we read that Jesus went to pray alone three times in the Garden of Gethsemane, whereas, in Luke, we read that Jesus went alone to pray on one occasion. Under legal rules of evidence and the Law of Non-contraction, these aren't contradictory scriptures, and yet they make all of the infamous lists.

Bible Contradictions - A Matter of Translation and Context
Some Bible contradictions appear contradictory solely because of the intricacies of Bible translation. Analysis of the original languages of the Bible (Hebrew for the Old Testament and Greek for the New Testament) can solve many apparent issues. It's no different than any other textual review of translated material. All languages (including especially Hebrew and Greek) have special limitations and nuances that cause difficulty in translation. The historical context of the translation can also cause some misunderstanding.

For instance, the Book of Acts has two accounts of Paul's conversion on the Road to Damascus. In Acts 9:7: "…the men which journeyed with him stood speechless, hearing a voice, but seeing no man." In Acts 22:9: "…they that were with me saw indeed the light, and were afraid; but they heard not the voice of him that spake to me" (King James Version). At first glance, these accounts seem contradictory -- one says that Paul's companions heard a voice, while the other says that no voice was heard. However, the Greek text solves the matter. "The construction of the verb 'to hear' (akouo) is not the same in both accounts. In Acts 9:7 it is used with the genitive, in Acts 22:9 with the accusative. The construction with the genitive simply expresses that something is being heard or that certain sounds reach the ear; nothing is indicated as to whether a person understands what he hears or not. The construction with the accusative, however, describes a hearing, which includes mental apprehension of the message spoken. From this it becomes evident that the two passages are not contradictory." (W.F. Arndt, Does the Bible Contradict Itself? , pp. 13,14.) Therefore, Acts 22:9 doesn't deny that Paul's companions heard certain sounds; it simply says that they didn't understand the sounds that they heard.

Bible Contradictions - Earnestly Investigate for Yourself
It's utterly fascinating how many people reject God's Word by focusing on a little list of alleged Bible contradictions. Yet, when presented with the miracle of the Bible's structure, survival, integration, historical veracity, archaeological evidence, scientific insights, outside corroborating records, and hundreds of fulfilled prophecies (each of which far surpass any other "holy book"), people look the other way. When viewed alongside other historical writings, the double standard in textual criticism is obvious. Remember, "God is not the author of confusion..." (1 Corinthians 14:33). If someone presents you with a supposed contradiction in the Bible, take a moment to earnestly investigate for yourself.

Many people are critisizing your question by pointing out that people observe/interpret different events differently. But does this not highlight the fact that the bible was written by men and not by god speaking through men??

Hello!! :o) The Bible certainly can be confusing - that's for sure. And it also seems to contradict Itself - over and over again. [As you pointed out] But I believe in the following. There are two types of people in the world. Those who have faith in God and trust that the Bible is His Word. And those who don't. Those who have faith KNOW that their faith has been a key to understanding God's Word. And those who don't have faith - believe that what I just said is pure nonsense. God opens the eyes of those who believe in Him and allow those who don't to remain spiritually blind. This is not to say that those who believe [and have faith in God] know all there is to know. [not by a long shot] But they are allowed BY GOD to know all they need to know in order TO know that their faith in Him has value beyond their ability to understand. This is why a man can READ the Bible - from cover to cover - and STILL not be moved by its message. It takes FAITH to be moved. Craig!! :o)

Hmm. Got any more?

So azar_and_bath, if they're different accounts, then which one is real? How can you follow the Bible if everything is going to contradict itself because of "different occurrences of the same account." Doesn't that mean someone got it wrong?
