The words were written by Shakespeare, from the play "Hamlet". It goes, " To be or not tobe, that is the question. Whether 'tis nobler in the mind to suffer the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune,or by opposing, end them. To sleep; perchance to dream;".........etc., etc. That may not be exactly quoted but its close.

By Shakespeare : part of Hamlet
To be or not to be, that is the question:
Whether 'tis nobler in the mind to suffer
The slings and arrows of outrageous fortune,
Or to take arms against a sea of troubles,
And by opposing, end them.
