Ave known this girl for 2 years n we're still friends but i think its time we move on to the next level, i feel she would agree me but i dont how to do it. Pls Help

Word of advice be absolutely certain first because if your not then your friendship is up. But if you are then try this joke about her past boyfriends their rude, sick behaviors if you knew any, joke about her dressing and the way she looks then joke about the way she has been comminfg on to you and how much she is really into you (while doing this make sure it is real funny so if she is not the way you think she is in terms of relationship then at least you still have your friendship) and then slowly cut back on the gagging and ease her into the big question which should be hey some thing like "hey go out with me then at least you know you wont be taking out the trash" in a funny way and on the date just ease the other question of how she feels towards you.....

Have you tried taking her out on a date? A romantic place with candles and wine? Just the two of you. Then if things don't quite go the way you wanted . . . the next day you could say "gosh I don't know what came over me. . . I must of had too much wine!"
At least you will still be friends, and you will know where you stand in your relationship.

Sit her down in a nice quiet place and tell her how you feel about her. Also be sure to tell her that she is not objected or expected to relfect these feelings back towards you. And if she just wants to remain friends then you are cool with that. Make sure that you are honest and really want to be with this girl before you open up your heart to her. I am sure that she will be more than happy to reflect back those feelings. Best of luck amigo

Ask her out for a proper date and see how she reacts,then when out on the date try to approach the subject,don't be timid if you don't ask her you will never know,she can only so yes or no,either way at least u will know.Good luck

Do what my boyfriend did with me. For example, if the next level is to go steady, make it official with a special ring that she can wear all of the time. I love mine because it reminds me of him and makes me fall close to him all the time!

Well, has she flirted with you or made suggesting remarks to you?
Because if not, she would be seeing you as a brother after 2yrs.
