I dont think you may be able to get in with that. There may be a waiver out there but Im telling you right now if you have already had mental problems they are going to hit you 10x harder when you go to the desert depending what your job is. You will also not qualify for a lot of jobs.

I would think about what you are getting yourself into before you try to make your illness worse.

Not really, direct induction in Army is not possible for a mentally retarded person.
It may however be possible indirectly as world's strongest Army takes orders form a mentally retarded Commander in Chief.

That would be very wrong.... Example a mentaly ill guy start having a crisis and he decides to shoot everybody around him......... that would suck
