Yes, anytime sperm enters the vaginal canal, a fertile woman has a chance of becoming pregnant. And yes, the lubrication, that happens normally in a woman, does aid in upping the percentage of her becoming pregnant. All those who said it meant nothing should do a little medical reading. A woman's natural lubrication means a big deal when it comes to trying to get those little fellows were they need to be and at the right time.
