It is against the law to aide and abet.

For Grim Reaper, I pay my ****** taxes and do not cross borders illegally and pop out a kid to get welfare, food stamps and make others pay for it.

I hope they both get fines, jail time, and catch hell from their community.Anybody helping illegal immigrants should be deported to mexico along with the the ones they were aiding and abetting.
15 million and counting is an invasion.

Well I find it absolutely astonishing that with all the terrorism scares going on that they would let any foreigners into America. It's the opposite of what one would expect. Whats to stop terrorists from setting up a cell in Mexico or Canada?

One more hint that our government has been planning and carrying out illegal acts since WWII.

I honestly, do not understand why people are so "a crime is a crime" and "if you can't respect laws you shouldn't be here" when almost 45% of all Americans commit tax evasion on more than one account... Isn't tax evasion a crime? And those that will not recieve social security benefits, should they have to pay taxes?

A lot of people on this site say that illegals don't pay taxes... that's true and they don't recieve any social security benefits... look at the Amish communities of America, they don't pay taxes and they don't recieve s.s benefits.

Folks, if you read the article, these people were not accused of emergency aid, they were accused of inducing illegal immigrants across the border to begin with, and apparently had been warned.

However, I suspect this arrest was made specifically to make trouble about the law, BECAUSE they were giving emergency aid. I hope we would all give emergency aid, but not help them to hide.

I can't say...the article doesn't say what crime the rescuers were charged with.

If I found a guy passed out with heat exhaustion 20 feet inside of the U.S. border with Mexico, I'd "aid and abet" him.

I was at JFK airport a couple of days ago and a lady began choking. I didn't demand to see her passport or visa before I went to help her.

I wish everyone could have the experience of an "illegal immigrant" as you call them and go through what they go through. Cause yeah any one can say i would do this and that but no one really knows until you are in that position or situation. I would help who ever when ever regardless of their status it is not a crime. I can't believe some people, and I thought i was a heartless b***h

The governing regime has the philosophy that compassion is treason. This is just another manifestation of that outlook. Ironically, the government is supported by people who profess to be Christians. Jesus said "Love your enemies". But I guess it's easier to love a dead enemy than a live one. And anyone who doesn't support your intentions is your enemy.

I think it's a crime that our form of government has been stolen and that afterwords the thieves decide what is legal.
