You might have not install proper vga drivers for that so u will have problem of 16 color, u can get the driver from manufactor's site. only thing u need to do is know the graphics card model number and manufactor. u might be provided with driver cd also.

Do you mean High colour (16 bit)? as opposed to 256 colours?
If so the former is better than the latter. However if you want to change the colour Start-.settings->control panel->display->settings tab. You will see a drop down list of colour options on bottom left. Choose what you want from this menu.
ME was probably one of the worst versions of windows ever to be intoduced ..it added nothing to win98se except restore points & loads of problems & conflicts. I went back to 98se until XP came out. I suggest you go back to 98se. Or, upgrade to XP if the spec of your computer is up to it.

ME sucks... it can't do what an XP can do. Upgrade to XP version and you will get the 32 at 1024x800. GAmes won't play on the ME at low res.

me is totaly crp m8 go with xp
but me is good with some things
and soz i dont no how to change that soz
