firstly, i know what im doing may sound dumb to some but i promise you it really is not and it does help.

So what is it im doing? Im actually doing a list of things i want to ensure ill do every single day and in order to do that i have wrote it down on a paper and paste it up where i can see it the first thing in the morning when i wake up.

This helps remind me and motivate me to follow the list strictly and it pretty much work as i have tried it for months now.
I have written down im quitting cigarette and i have had a puff since then.

Currently this is my list
1) Makes my girlfriend feel she the luckiest girl in the world
2) Send a prayer to God
3) Lend a helping hands to those who need it
4) Stop being a lazy bum, finish up what Im supposed to do
5) Stop smoking
6) Get the abs like Antonio Sabato Jr :P

But now i do need you guys to add some of the things that is good to be done as i find it incomplete.

Pls let me know what i can add on to the list. Thanks.

Im sorry to the one who put read the book. I want the list to be something that helps change my lives and others .... something in that line. Reading a book is like not something i want to add on to the list. The list will be long and boring if i do that. Sorry again hopes you not offended.

You don't need a list to be a better person. The list won't help you to be a better person. The person you are now is your character and what you are now is what you will ever be. So, if you are trying to achieve a better you start thinking differently,be more objective. Most people make their "be-better-list",follow them a certain time, and then just forget about them, since life brings more interesting things than following a list. Just try to think differently,be a better person, not only to your girlfriend, but to other persons in your life too,and on the first place-be better to you. That way everybody will notice that you are helpfull,nice,etc...
Just think positive all the time, smile and love your life, and be you.
I wish you very best...

7. Cut down on fatty foods.
8. Find a job, save, and marry my girlfriend.
9. Obey the ten commandments.
10. Take an aspirin. For sure the list would give you a daily dose of headache.
