If the driver keeps moving fast like they do in let's say toll road, the military will get them and punish them. Do you experience the same thing in your country?

I see no problem with slowing down. Show a little respect. If it weren't for them you'd not be driving around freely anyway.

Nope we are however on post always supposed to stop when they play the national anthem but there are a lot of people that dont care....

around here you definitely need to slow down. it's not the law, it's the traffic jam on I-5.
