"The Disrupt Unit, an undercover, plain-clothes division of the Border Patrol, arrested 23 undocumented migrants on August 8 in downtown Nogales, in Arizona. The illegal immigrants emerged from a Chevrolet Suburban, which had been under surveillance by the unit. Although Arizona has its fair and constant share of illegal immigrant arrests, 23 is a large number to detain at one time. "

If an officer sees a Suburban carrying 23 people at one time, is it 'racial profiling' to pull it over?

I saw that story too, so i will say 23 at last count, but...they didn't have any one sewn into the seats this time around, so probably more.

It is a moving violation. One person per seat belt.

No profiling just the law.
