Hi.
Hmm you are getting married in two days?? That's so nice. Am i invited??? Why don't you go in a nice hotel? It will be so much fun at this time of the year, hotels organise lots of activities. Well i don't know in which country you live but here in Mauritius you would have got plenty of nice hotels and also at a cheaper price. You would have also been able to enjoy the beach. But even if you are unable to plan something due to lack of time it doesn't matter. Am sure you will have lots of fun as there is nothing more nice and great than to have your husband by your side all the time. Enjoy yourself well and have a nice time. Wish you a long happy married life. Wish you all the best.

I can't believe you waited this long to decide. My husband and I drove to Savannah Georgia. It was beautiful, lots to see and do, short drive to the ocean, less touristy then other places. We spent our wedding night at a Hyatt here in town (Indianapolis) which was $220 for one night, but we went on the cheap for the honeymoon and stayed 5 nights at a Best Western a little south of Savannah for only $260 (for the whole week!). Good luck, but it might be too late to really plan anything now.

i got married in april and still havent gone on a honeymoon! i had 2 weeks off work for the wedding to get everything organised.

We decided to delay our honeymoon untill the end of the year so its like an extra holiday, and we have had all year to save that bit extra and decide where to go.

hope this helps!

I think it would be fair and a fun idea to write down the places you both are wanting to go on a piece of paper, fold them in half and place them in a jar. One of you shake the jar and pick one out. Save the others in the jar for fuiture trips, pick one a year or so. That way you both can go to these great places throughout your lifetime.

With just 2 days left? Wow, too late for plane tickets.
Each of you should write down 3 ideas, put them in a hat and have someone neutral draw one out. At least one of you will go where they want to. Hope its not a sign.

Schedule two. One now, one a year from now on your anniversary. Do the one that you can do on short notice now, obviously. Save the more elaborate one for your anniversary.

We went to a national park, and that was easy, inexpensive, romantic, and fun. And a place we can go back to easily that will always be ours.

Really, all you need is a bed. Don't be too fussy about the rest. There will be plenty of other vacations in your life.
