it is round and deep in the tissue but the doctor couldnt get to it, and couldnt asperate it.

If not painful, has a small black dot on the top...... sebaceaous cyst.
Painful, red.... bartholinitis/ cyst of the Bartholin gland.
Both are benign lesions... Dont worry.
Go meet a dermatologist.

Why don't you take a picture of it and send it to us? If you can't do it, maybe it is just an excess mass or a bone extension that you don't have to worry about. If your doctor can't identify, settle for a second opinion. Go visit a good OB Gynecologist. Good luck!
