Women frequently de-emphasize the value of money on their evaluations of men. OK, then how much does their bank balance or earnings effect those rankings?

Example, a guy who you meet rates a solid 7.5 in general appearance, personality, etc. An okay guy. No "sparks".

Then you find out the guy owns a multi-million dollar house? Or makes a few hundred thou a year.

How many "points" now?

What if he was REALLY rich. Had a private plane. A yacht. Income in seven or eight figures. How many points then?

Finally, if your financial situation was considerably different than it is now. For instance, if you were much wealthier (earning triple what you do now), or much poorer (earning half). How do you think it would effect your rating then?

I think about 2 points higher. Maybe 1 if he was a real munter. I would hate myself for getting together because of his money but it is definitely a huge plus if all the chemistry and conversation and looks and smarts are mixed in. Money doesn't 'make' sparks for me though. If I already thought the guy was okay and my salary was X3 I would look at his personality more closely. If salary was half I would probably consider myself not good enough for him.

As much as most women would deny it, money is usually the the hghest points. Just look around buddy.. All the sexy women are with the boyz with money, lots of it. Guys with no money, well, sometimes you get lucky but mostly not.

Good looks count if you are not rich but still.. money gets the points!

Im not a sexist, I know guys are shallow too.. We dont care about unattractive girls who have good personalities. O well

I have my own money, i married into money...Money normally attracts money. So i don't think points for being rich came into play, nor have i ever heard of something like this, it sounds really bad, do people really rate people like that ?????
I guess... its never happened... but i don't think i could be with someone who had less then I, I would be wondering if that's what he was after. hmmmm, still wondering about this rating system....

A guy having alot of money doesn't add any points for me. But I'll also say if he's making considerably less, he better be incredibly helpful so I don't feel like his mom supporting him.

$ doesnt make a man more attractive. It makes her future more attractive. The problem, a fool and his money will soon be parted. In the Western world, those with money are most likely not fools and sign those prenups.

they may de-emphasize all they want.. never forget women are very practical-minded, and money = means.. and another thing, money is a symbol of power and women are supposedly attracted to power more than to looks.. sad but true: they eye muscle, they wed fat (sorry girls, been up to here with this..)
