Indecisive means that you are unable to make up you mind and are prone to change decisions made. There was a King of England who always went with the last advice he was given. He fought a long bitter war with the Empress Maud which saw at its end the end of his dynasty and the beginning of the Tudor's.

It means `` lack of decision and firmness''. When you keep dilly dallying and cant take a firm decision, you are being indecisive.
If you cant definitely settle some question in ur mind, you are being indecisive.
