I only have All Purpose Flour but I have a recipe from Australia that calls for self-raising flour. I know that you can add baking powder but how much??

To make 1 cup of self-raising flour:

1,5 tsp baking powder
0,5 salt
fill the cup with flour, level with a knife.

1 tsp baking powder for every 1 cup of flour. This sounds about right, coz I thought 1 tsp to every 1/2 c flour.

one tea spoon of baking powder for every 2 cups of flour(about 500 grams ) cause if u put more baking powder then is tastes bad
