How should I handle my uncle who beats my lil cousin?

I just found out my 16 yr. old cousin is getting beaten by my uncle whom I hate now, and I want to to kill this ******. "I will be calling child protective services but I did this about four years on someone else and nothing happened. CPS went to the house asked questions and the accused person lied and got off scott free. I don't want this to happen with this situation. Now, I live in Cali and they are back East. I don't have a lot of money so I can't hire a hitman but trust me I want to. He has done some fed up sht to my cousin, just physical/verbal abuse, nothing sexual but the man has to be stopped and locked up! I don't give a f**k who he is. So I need suggestions...how do I get him locked up?

You will need your cousin to come forward and report him (to the Police). Tha is the best and probably fastest way. Document any bruising (i.e photographs) and any hospital visits from injuries and have witnesses write and sign a statement. The more ammunition you have the more likely he will face charges. Have you said any thing to your aunt, mother or father? If not tell them. If they don't believe you about your cousin's abuse, then I would call every child abuse hot line possible. If this doesn't work (it should) , call the police department in the state where your cousin lives & let them know about the abuse. Also try to call your cousin's, school nurse or principle. I admire your courage in this matter. Always be there for your cousin. Don't stop reporting the abuse he is being subject too. Some one will do something about it if you're presistent enough.

Hi there this is difficult as I do not know Americas child protection laws,but I think it would be best if you could do the following,and I have found that it has worked for I have been in her situation for 16yrs of my childhood.Only mine was all forms of abuse.

Yes I know that right now you want to kill him but then you would be like him in every way violent and dirty,your heart will always be bothered and your life over.So i suggest the following.

1.Tell him in no uncertain terms that you know what he is doing and that you are on to him.
2.Make detailed notes of everything she tells you,dates and calls etc.
3.Go to your nearest police offices and make a statement .stating everything you know.
4.Get contact with her school and her educators,find someone she can trust there and let her tell them everything.
5.Go to CPS and tell them everything,actually threaten them saying that if nothing is done you will take it to the highest authority and have them brought to bar for not doing there jobs.
6.Tell your cousin she is not alone,she has you,and try and find more friends she can count on.So she has backup situation in case she needs to get away.
7.Find the nearest Home/Place of protection they have in your/her state for abused woman and children,make contact and ask them if they would be willing to get to know her and keep a place for her.
8.Make this known to your parents and tell them in no uncertain terms that child abuse is against the law and you even though a child will take action.
9.Ask your cousin to write a fully detailed description of what he does and then hand this in to all the relevant authorities.


This is a long list but there are no guarantees,you HAVE to make sure your cousin wants to prosecute her father and then inforce this by going to make a case.Give her all the support she needs,phone her daily(if u can afford) and make her know that even if she has to flee she has somewhere to go.

And always make sure someone knows where she is everyday and if she is ok,make an effort to know if she is allright everyday until he is locked up.

And love her unconditionally because she will have a low self-esteem and most probably blame herself for this.

And lastly,who is this man?Is he in a position of power from your question it seems so,but remember,NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW,okay,there will be a way.

Report him. In my state it is against the law not to report something like that. It's your obligation. Report to police and Child Protective Services. Get picture taken of the bruises and have injury documented by emergency room or Dr. office.

man your poor cousin hey. Child protection services are stretched beyond their limits so I think unless your cousin reports him, I dont think you will get any resolve from them. Especially given his age.
Maybe recruit a hard core bikie to give him some of his own back?
Set him up. Plant something illegal in his house & call the cops?
Ask your cousin when the beatings occur & wait outside to call the cops. Ask his neighbours to report him while its happening, they can call annonomously. Have you spoken with your parents about this? Involve as many of your family as you can to rally around your cousin & perhaps ask one of them to allow your cousin to reside with them.
Good luck, its a burdon nobody should have to carry. My strongest thoughts are to involve your family as much as possible to protect your cousin. Confronting your uncle alone can just create probelms for you & maybe more for him.

nicely you ought to call the law enforcement officials, and whenever you bypass over on your cousin's abode, cover a digital camera someplace on you (like place it on your handbag if your a woman) so which you will likely have information that your undesirable cousin is being abused by skill of your uncle. it is in basic terms mean and vicious for somebody to try this.

You have the right idea call them honey and don't stop until they come ,if they want help call the Senator of your state and report it and them to for not doing their job you do know they can be reported to for not servicing and protecting the people ..

CPS will do something if your cousin is willing to admit to them that this is going on...call your cousins school and talk to the counselor also. the counselor can watch for evidence and will "have" to notify the proper people to handle this problem!!!! if your cousin is too scarred to admit to CPS, then the counselor can be the one to do it anyways!
