Jehovah's Witnesses don't join the military or support any political organization. I think that's the pinnicale of believing and stressing world peace.

my friend , Islam is the relgion of peace. Islam a world in Arabic means peace . but i know , you may say it is not quiet obvious but to decide see the islamic periods when they were the rullers of world , peace was in the world . Justice was the only action rule.
but the human nature and bad people who are not from Islam are converting all things.

I believe every religion preaches it.
Buddhists definitely are asked to pray for the well being of and happiness for others. They also believe in living in harmony and at peace with every person of every religion.

I think Kari's statement is so true. I can't understand how so many different religions teach peace and love, but they fight with other religions that teach basically the same thing but in a different way. It's crazy.

As far as I know every faith talks about a time when things will be much better. The Bible probably talks about it best when it mentions establishing God's Kingdom on earth. However, the difference seems to be in how people believe a new and better world will be achieved.
