If your job is not stimulating enough you need to get a new job or start your own business.
You should make sure to get plenty of rest and drink plenty of water.

Don't fight the sleep.. Learn to power sleep.

Go to the head. Sit down like your "doing something" and sleep HARD for 10 or 20 mins. (you will need an alarm)(mine was a cig stuck between my fingers)(can't somke anymore indoors)

If your that tired you should go out quick.

I did 3 years of high school and working 40 hours a week this way.

Not much sleeping in school but on the job was wonderful. Iam 56 and can still 'power out' to this day..

Get up and walk for a minute, get a cup of ice water to sip on and munch on the ice, get some Jolly Rancher candies to suck on, they have a little sugar in them to give you energy to stay awake. Coffee doesn't work for me at all, it just makes me have to pee alot.
