You should have her take vitamin supplements or energy or nutrition drinks there are lots of people who dont like vegetables, there are also a lot of fruits that have the same nutritional values as some veggies so could always try fruits instead.make sure to check with a doctor on which supplements would be okay to take if pregnant.

Maybe can have more fruits instead. Pills are no good. However no veggies does not mean cannot have babies, only the baby will be the same as mom, don't like veggies when they grow up. I suggest some veggie juice to replace it.

She should talk to her caregiver about her diet. It might be a good idea for her to keep a dietary journal early in pregnancy to see where she is lacking. Does she eat fruits? Drink juices? Does she truely eat NO veggies? (Corn on the cob? Salad? Anything?) She'll need to make sure she takes her prenatal vitamins.

My 3 3 hundred and sixty 5 days previous loves broccoli steamed till it has only a tiny little bit of crunch left to it. He likes steamed candy peas and candy corn ( his fave is the steamfresh single serves). whilst a infant he could scouse borrow the peas and diced carrots out of my fried rice at chinese language eating places. he has additionally eaten vegetable egg rolls some circumstances too. try a veggie/fruit juice mixture including V8 splash or V8 fusion. My 13 3 hundred and sixty 5 days previous has some foodstuff aversions via sensory matters ( all of it leads returned to his ASD). He has a constrained variety of greens he will consume...a pals mom have been given him addicted to V8 fusion and he beverages a jug each week.

If she's not mature enough to take care of herself, she doesn't need a baby. Vitamins are okay if she doesn't care enough about the baby to eat vegetables. Prenatal vitamins should be okay. Talk to the doctor first....I wouldn't just go taking vitamins not knowing.

Veggies are real important....pills can NEVER replace the real thing....
Make a smoothy out of veggies, put in a blender add plain yogourt......
Tell her its is good for the baby, it will give the baby nutrients to grow healthier and to at least consider doing this while she is pregnant.
Good Luck

U can give her Jelly pudding or seaweed soup. They r very rich in fiber and dont taste like veggie at all.

Other alternate is Orange Juice (with pulp) or Aloe Vera dessert.

Congrats for becoming Grandma soon! :)

Incredibly one of my sons gags on most vegies. He is 20 and still can`t get past it. He says its just the feel in his mouth.
However he will eat a salad. So try raw uncooked in a salad. I have also used Vegies minced in a slow cooked Pot roast,. Also mashed into sauces, and gravies. You can get vegies in all of these without notice.
