Zen is a form of Buddhism that asserts that enlightenment can be attained through meditation, self-contemplation, and intuition rather than through faith and devotion and that is practiced mainly in China, Korea, Vietnam, and mostly Japan.
Zen Masters are practicioners who have achieved a certain level of advancement, or even enlightenment. ("en" means to become one with, so enlightenment means to "become one with" or "merge" with the light).
Zen Buddhism is very similar to Black Tantric Buddhism, Theraveda Buddhism and the understanding of the Tao Te Ching, understood and practiced in Asia.
There are very few true Zen Masters today. Zen masters are extremely calm, centered, friendly, humble, certain, and peaceful. They never boast, or proclaim their achievements. Zen Masters are not the fanatic screaming martial arts-kung fu idiots portrayed by Hollywood. If someone told you he is a Zen Master on the Internet, he is not.

Because the Zen tradition emphasizes direct communication over scriptural study, the role of the Zen teacher(master) has traditionally been central. Generally speaking, a Zen teacher is a person ordained in any tradition of Zen to teach the dharma, guide students of meditation, and perform rituals.
An important concept for all Zen sects in East Asia is the notion of Dharma transmission the claim of a line of authority that goes back to the Buddha via the teachings of each successive master to each successive student student. This concept relates to the ideas expressed in a description of Zen attributed to Bodhidharma:
A special transmission outside the scriptures;
No dependence upon words and letters;
Direct pointing to the human mind;
Seeing into one's own nature and attaining Buddhahood.

If I understand you by your name correctly, if you allow me to say, Mohmmed is a Zen master. Or a Zen master is another prophet of God. To put it in simplest words.
If you really want to know more. I would suggest you to read some of osho's literature on Zen Masters

you've already all started out in the incorrect direction. you're saying you want "a Zen carry close who's prepared to coach me each little thing precise from the begining and whom is prepared to go back and forth the area with me". the authentic question is: are you prepared to bypass the area to discover someone from whom you may learn from? This also skill doing all of your own homework to seek someone out. authentic instructors do not promote themselves and do not conflict through fools. in case you fairly want to earnings then an excellent attempt is significant and also you ought to no longer ask for convenience for this is a positive signal of "lack of dedication".
