I really can't see how her mum could block all your texts and e-mails! I mean ... This girl must use her mobile at times you know!
Why don't stop texting/e-mailing for a while, just go out, meet with your mates, have fun and whenever you see her just ask her how she is, tell her you miss her and see what she says ...
I can't see her mother brainwashing her against you but indeed she might influence her decisions however ... You know the girl can decide for herself! Usually, when parents are dead set against someone else (B/f - g/f) Kids tend to go the other way! Just want to be with them!!! You know showing they have their own ideas, act upon them too. So see what she says! Take your cue from there.

are you sure its her mom blocking your texts and emails
it might be her way of letting you down
she might like and care about you but may be scared by what you might say to her its better to have loved and lost then never to have loved at all
if she feels the same she will find away to tell you
go to her house shout it to her from out side whats the worse that can happen the police can move you on but at least you have told her ! good luck

How can her mother block her texts if she has her own mobile phone? If she wanted contact with you she would find a way to make it. Get the message and leave her alone, or you could find yourself in trouble for harassment.

if you know where she lives then send her a letter with somthing like *secret admirer* on the front. if she responds then you can keep talking to her. oh and don't forget to tell her it's you.
