Though anybody can answer, this question is especially for Indians. Can there be a situation where a male takes aback out of shy or any other reason to ask his lady what he actually expects from her in bed? OR can there be a situation where the couple mis interprets all or anything about sex and orgsm?

Orgasm means:
the physical and emotional sensation experienced at the peak of sexual excitation, usually resulting from stimulation of the sexual organ and usually accompanied in the male by ejaculation.
Men are not shy, but untrained when it comes to sex.
They just ejaculate and goes to sleep without asking anything about orgasm with their wives.
Women are very shy to talk anything about sex, leave orgasm.
They just don't talk because they think it is taboo to talk about sex. They do not know anything about vagina and its functions. Just they give away their body, get pregnant and give child birth as if it is mechanical act.

It can't be explained but experienced. The second part: All people behave in their own manner in the bed and it can never be generalised. With greater education and improved awareness levels perhaps a rational person would not fear asking his lady what he expects from her. Plus, both can mutually train themselves to achieve the highest level of ecstacy at the same time. Some others call it orgasm.

Well, misinterpretations can always happen. Normally you will know when you or your husband have an orgasm. Normally when a man has an orgasm, he ejaculates as well (though it is not neccesarily that way). You will notice he doesn't move in a controlled way, he can't control himself so much. Except for the ejaculation thingy, it's the same thing for a girl.
You will notice when you will have an orgasm, don't worry about that.
