I tried Orchard Bank and they want some fee that I don't have the money for. I have a bank account. I've dealt with my bank for over a year. It went into overdraft but there was a problem with billing for a company I had a service from, but it was taken care of. I don't know what the hell to do!!!

Have you tried getting a department store credit card, like at Wal-Mart or Sears? Maybe once you have those you will be more likely to get a regular visa card. But yeah, I agree with that other guy. Open a bank account at a bank. You can get a VISA DEBIT card thru your particular bank. I have one of those. If you use it properly & pay on time, then you should build your credit back up.

Unfortunatley with credit cards, you sometimes have to have had credit to get credit. While having bad is not good at all, having none is a bit better than it being bad. In both cases though you have to build credit to gain companies trust. A good starter for those who have bad or none is a secured card...But to get that you have to prepay on it. Use that for a while, pay off your cards on time will help you build your credit. What is also helpful is that you have a steady jobs or means to pay the bills, which is another thing credit companies will look at. Good luck and happy credit building.

Try Orchard Bank....they deal with people with bad credit. You can usually find ads from them all over the internet or they have a website.

The best way to build credit quickly is to buy a $1500 cash deposit certificate. Use it as collateral to get a signature loan for $1000. Make the payments, once paid off, cash in the certificate, and you will have credit.
