As there are no palmer markings on sole of the foot as found over palm of hand. Is there any predictions after seeing the sole of the foot.?

Ah, you only think there are no markings. Do you walk barefoot frequently? Simply walking on your feet causes rubbing against the foot prints, and may make them less visible.
The "palmer markings" was used mostly by Tarot readers. Palm readers. I find no association of those markings with the foot, at least not as a practiced Foot Reading.

Marks accured depends the folding of skin, palm is folds more than foot so it has less marks, but there are marks.

There are markings. And yes, people predict thru these markings also, i donno how true is that just like palm reading.
