There's nothing you can control but yourself, when you get angry, dont say anything, dont talk, just forget it, and do something else, then when you calm down, think about what made you angry, is that your fault or not, is that worth to angry or not...
thats just my opinion...:D

As messed up as this sounds, I grab a weapon.

My years in the military taught me that a weapon is best used while being calm, not angry, frightened, or in any sort of irrational state. After the military, I gave sword demonstrations for several years, and found that no matter how angry I am, I am calmed almost instantly by wrapping my hand around the hilt of a sword, or other hand held weapon.

Some of my friends and family know me well enough to hand me a knife or small weapon before bringing up a subject they think I'll get angry about. When I'm angry in public, I generally grab the closest item that could kill someone if it were used creatively... It makes me think of the consequences of every action I take from that point on.

Breathe deeply and slowly. Maybe contract all your muscles for a while and than release. Physical relaxation will cause mental relaxation. Meditate for at least 10-15min every day.

I like to be away from what ever is upsetting me. Taken the time to cool down and usually it helps if others leave me alone.

i immediately attack whomever it was that caused my anger. Going insane at the slightest provocation makes sure they think about whether or not they want to make me angry in the future.

People say 'count 1 to 10 or more when you are angry'.
Try meditation. you cant do it when you are angry but in long run it will help you in reducing frequency of getting angry.

I shoot things. Sometimes I blow things up. When I can't do either of those I go to my garage and work on something.
