i like cutie white boys but i don't know how to ask them out . some of my firends think i am going out of my head but i can't help my self and when the boy think i am cutie and he checking me out and so am i get shy and i never go up to them and talk . what should i do

You should definately just go up and talk to guy, trust me you'll make his day. Maybe the guy was too shy to approach you himself so he needs a simple word and you're off...

find the guts to make the first move. Imagine that you are talking to a friend. As soon as you get comfortable in the conversation pop the question, What is the worst thing that could happen? It will only make you stronger on how to ask the next one out.

It is as easy to talk to boy as it is easy to ask question on net. Just built some confidence and hang out with white boys. try it for few time then you will get use to it.

you have to be patient but i always thought the 'friends first' tactic works best.
befriend the cutie. then eventually act flirty. he'll get the message and go for it.
