if it is a one off don't sweat it. if it is fairly regular you can either try viagra or go to a sex shop and buy spanish fly (it will keep you hard for about 4 hours). also make sure the girl doesn't feel like it is her fault and ask her to help you. if still no luck give her oral she will forget about it in about 2 seconds.
