Those who are critical of Jews probably would not know what's it's like to be a minority amid a region surrrounded by an overwhelming majority of another faith. This similiarity can be found in the smaller Chinese communities living in countries populated by a much larger ethnic group. The injustices (progroms) suffered by the minority Chinese are often tolerated as part and parcel of life; fate in the hands of the ruling majority; and the many who were robbed, raped and killed are just regarded as 'bad luck', destiny.

I am a product of such a situation and have always felt for the Jews; not sympathy for them just because of the Holocaust but more because the Jews have been unfairly singled out as a people to despise, to hate, to kill by traditional enemies - this is so wrong. The best thing to have happened to the Jews is the creation of the State of Israel in its rightful home in the Mid East. Main difference now is that the Jews have an armed force and a deterrent capability - no one country can decide the destiny of the Jewish State - the State of Israel will continue to flourish, come what may... and only God decides the end.

By the way... Today the "Hurman Rights Organisation" concluded that Isreal has commited "War Crimes" in Lebanon by destroying several towns.
4 towns have had more then 60% of their structures destroyed.
And bombing of civilian airport and bridges, because "Hezbollah may use the bridge" is absolutely the most rubbish excuse ever.

Isreali foreing affairs minister claimed that Hezbollah fighters were digging tunnels in these town centres to hide behind women and children.
Thats just an insult to my intellegence.
Hezbollah has fought bravely, that is why they won this battle.

To answer your original question. Its true that main world media, are controlled by Jews. But the american christian fundamentalists seem to love the jews. And George Bush is one of them.
Britain supports Isreal too. But its mainly because the enemy of my enemy is my friend.

Iran and syria will be swiftly dealth with the help of US army and the british coalition forces. Together we bring down the terrorist regime and let the community develop a peaceful community which runs on the foundation of freedom and justice and equality.

Israel will hold all of palestine and South lebanon and unite them under Israeli flag. Under our Jewish goverment ruling, Israel will have peace and stability and it will stand through ages. This answer is primarily for you, but also for "HAPPY" whose reply is insulting not only to the Jews but to people in general.
The Jews want to be left alone to do their thing. They are great engineers (did you know they designed Microsoft XP?), doctors, musicians , etc. and all they want is to be in Israel (which is originally their country) and live in peace. Suicide bombers, rockets, etc. and are they supposed to sit on their fannies and let it go down without a word or response? Don't be a dope. They have built a powerful army and air force because they are surrounded by hostile neighbors. Don't you think that they wouldn't rather spend the money on their country and people? The Arabs (Muslims) said that they will wipe Israel off the face of the earth. What would you do if someone said something like that to you? Laugh? Hamas, Hezbollah and Iran/Syria are out to get the Jews in Israel and the Jews will retaliate next time with the full unhampered strength of their miliitary. It will be a disaster for the terrorists because the Israelis know that there are people like you out there who are against them and want to see them fail as a nation. What do they have to lose? I know many Jews and they are basically very nice people, as nice as many Christians that I know. They believe in hard work, family, education and love of country....in this case America. I would rather have a Jewish friend than a terrorist whose only goal in life is to kill so he can go to heaven and get a hold of one of those seventy two virgins.

The Jews? Just because Israel is populated by Jews does not make all Jews Israeli, or even supportive of Israel. Many don't care.

us Jews have been around as an ethnic national and religious group for longer then any other group. we have been through thick and thin which has molded us in all the aspects of surviving which why we do well in free countries, like camels in lush forests.
