Anyway, it's not the zombie in one's head but I just want to know if it is safe to use a dog's shampoo to get rid of lice? I swear I'm not the victim. Somebody needs the info...

No animal hair is very different from human hair and shampoo meant for dogs is only meant for dogs. The best thing to do is to get some good HUMAN anti-lice shampoo from the pharmacy and avoid getting all the hair fallen out by using animal shampoo.

No way, human lice shampoo is not expensive, tell your friend to go and buy some human stuff.
