It is a trick question because it is not phrased in the best manner although it is correct.
It would be better to say, "We will leave in two days" or "We leave Grandma's in two days"

Technically, it is a complete sentence. The sense would be complete if one added ".....leave in .......days", to denote number of days: like in "....leave in 10 days".
