Please give me some ideas on what to give him. I don't know if I should go for clothes, as I don't know his tastes so well.
I would like to give him something which he will like...
Kindly only serious answers

I don't really understand this need to give him a physical gift on his wedding night - this sounds actually kind of creepy to me. After all isn't he getting the greatest gift of all you can give him - he is getting you for life? The man insists he wants nothing and you want to disrespect him on the most important day of your lives by buying him something he does not want. He - I hope really wants one thing - to treasure you.

This is a serious response on my part - I don't remember receiving any sort of gift from my spouse upon our marriage back in 1994 and would have thought it weird.

Although your true love will be the best give a wife could ever give to her husband. But if you insist, give your husband something which he will remember throughout his life.

Eg. A diamond ring or lets say a gold watch.

Rest upto you.

I don't know if clothes are a good idea but maybe in India it is. I know that my husband and all his friends like the Tag watches. They are expensive around 2,000-4,000 USD but it is something that he will wear all the time.

Something nice to put around his neck. Other than the obvious collar and leash. Something gold.
Maybe a nice crucifix

He is right.
You are his most precious Gift.
What more he wants.
Get him a good dress and while handing it over to him give him a smooooooooooch kiss.
That does the trick (GIFT)

I'm thinking a watch or maybe a money clip engraved with something special...something he'll enjoy and keep for a long time.
GOOD LUCK
