Depends on the veggie or fruit .... most fruits I think ... have 70 - 120

It depends on the type of veggie or fruit and the serving size, but carbohydrates have 4 calories per gram and fats have 9 calories per gram. But if you're asking this because you're trying to lose weight, the key isn't to worry about the calorie content of the fruits or veggies but to make sure you eat several servings a day because of their vitamin and mineral content. Some people avoid fruits and vegetables because of their sugar content, but then they lose out on a lot of nutrition. The key in general is overall calorie reduction, and the most sensible approach I've seen, and in fact I'm trying to follow to lose about 10 lbs., is just to avoid products that have ADDED flour or sugar. If they have natural sugars, that's fine, however. Do a Google search for "no flour, no sugar diet" if calorie intake is your concern.
