For starters, try eating healthy foods only!

You can boost your metabolism by eating small portions 5 times a day, the more frequently you eat the faster your metabolism works. Now remember that this doesn't mean eat non stop the mean have breakfast, say scrambled egg whites at 8am, fruit salad at 10.30am, lunch at 12.30 (healthy lunch), have some yogurt and almonds at 3.30 and dinner at 6.00 eg grilled fish, backed potato (no skin) steamed veggies and some fruit for desert. If you really must snack during these hours, snack on some almonds, raisins, fruit etc (not crisps or chocolate)

first off, one pound of body fat is 3500 calories.
with that in mind, find a way to take in enough calories
to be active effectively, say, about 2100 calories a day,
at the same time burn about 500 calories with simple
exercises and just being active, that way your body will
use the 2100 calories and not have any left over to create
fat deposits around trouble spots, like your belly,
eventually you will burn of enough calories to use the 2100
and some of the 3500 in the extra fat reserves,
thus, losing weight. hope that helps.

p.s. Its alot less tricky then it sounds.

belly is extra fat. lose the extra fat.

how?
eat less, do more.
burn more calories than you consume.

Swimming and healthy food.Yoga also helps to eat less.Good luck!

Eat a healthy, balanced meals, (grains, protein, vegetables, fruits, and dairy), then exercise. Running, jogging, or fast walk, jumping jacks, or jump rope, push ups, sit ups, etc...............
