I like to think good thoughts before going to sleep. Also if you see a monster in your dreams, fight him/her. No one dies in their dreams and if you fight the monster the dream ends. I did it and it stopped the nightmares for me when I was 10 or so. Then I stopped peeing the bed too. Now when I pee the bed its on my own terms.

1 , 2 freddy is coming for you
3 ,4 you better lock your door
just kidding , i have really bad dreams to some times
What i used to do was sleep during the day , while my hubby watched me sleep , he would wake me up every 30 mins , while he was watching t.v. He would also wake me up if i sarted jerking or twitching or indicating any signs i was having a night mare.I know for a fact that certain meds trigger night mares , sleeping pills , robotussin , those nicotine patches also trigger nightmares , they say certain foods will do it also , pickles or mushrooms is just what i heard it may be a old wives tail , DO NOT TAKE AMBIEN . that stuff is real dangerous i seen it on t,v, causes real bad sleep walking , and people have even died taking that crap

Your body does strange things to you when you sleep. When you dream, you dream of things you want to happen, things you want in your life, or things that have happened that you want to remember, but when you have nightmares, you are either going through something that has already happened to you, or your brain is having a bad chemical imbalance and that is why you are having nightmares. Take some sleeping pills before you go to bed, or watch a good comedy. Some movies if you watch them right before you go to bed stick in your head all night.

I like my nightmares, I think they are funny. Coz when you dream or go to sleep remember it is just a dream and of course Some nightmares scare me awake but then I say it is just a dream and the nightmare continues. I use to get them lots that's why I think I got use to it but I think it must be stress or something your subconscious doesn't like what you did and is punishing you.
LoL but I don't now anything.

Hmm.. strange, if nothing has happened to trigger these horrible dreams then I dont know, are you eating right before you go to bed? if so, I have heard that could possibly be a cause, I dont know if its 100% true or not. Good Luck hun!

Hello, This solution might sounds strange to you but belive me it actually works. One may have a night mare because he / she is sleeping on his left shoulder (Heart's side of the chest ) this causes the heart to put extra effort in pumping the blood.
Try sleeping on the Right shoulder, this will ease the pressure of your heart and hopefully let you sleep comfertablely.
Try it and let me know if it helps.
It worked for me.

Too much things in your head, can't sleep well and your mind drifted. Switch off all nights, light/soft music in the background, scent the room (if possible) and most important, CONCENTRATE on your breathing. You'll sleep in no time, and well too. Sweet dreams ...
