Yeah, I'm craving bad and I'm smoking butts down to the filter. What should I do?

Better still, switch to LSD. The colors are better and it doesn't hurt your lungs.

Just stop it, and be strong, stop this terrible habit, it kills thousands of people daily, do you want to continue smelling bad? And, have yellow teeth? Smoking is so unattractive, but most of all, do you want to die young? You have to work the plan and plan the work both, you cannot be successful unless you have something prepared in advance, how about finding a hobby, exercise, a lesson, anything, they also say it's good to gather a bunch of cigarette butts normal ones and fill up a large jar with them then add water to it and smell it on a daily basis, that should get you so sick, when you open it up and smell it, to make you stop, that is what your inside would smell like, it's not incredibly difficult to stop, it just takes some effort and willingness, perhaps you can join a support group, find it in google. I know someone that swears by dry cocoa
when they are out of cigarettes. This someone eats a few dry teaspoons of it to kill the nictonene urge. In case you don't know cocoa is one of the secret ingredients in Nicoderm.. now it's not secret... cause I just told you!
Well I don't really approve of smoking but if it floats your boat... that's your choice! I do think non smokers should have the right to sue a smoker if they tend to sit near a non-smoker without asking! Air-territory rights should exist!

After the shower, notice how much better your skin and hair smell? Are you breathing any easier yet?

If you want to commit suicide - you do not need to make an announcement or need to solicit help.

Those who smoke and fell like they cannot live without it are weak individuals.

find something else to do with your mind until you realise it is no longer looking for what is missing. you are an addict. the best way to make sure you don't have to crave a butt again is to quit now, grin through the pain, realize you're body is just searching for what it thinks it is missing. be your own master, f....the cigarettes!

i saw once in a magazine they have this nicotine inhaler thing where you inhale nicotine instead of smoking cigarettes it's supposed to help you quit smoking. When you inhale the thing gives you as much nicotine as your body craves and slowly helps you reduce your craving.

Stop smoking, and get professional help. You never know what kind of disease you will get by picking up cigarette butts. I wish my wife would stop smoking, but I give her credit that she does not smoke from cigarette butts.

Think about the state of your lungs, perhaps that will put you off having another one. Kick the habit if you can, I did, was not easy but I am healthier and don't feel like a social pariah.
