If I am right in supposing you are getting married soon, I would say that nothing has to happen during first night. I don't know whether you're Indian or not, but I suppose so. It's always better not to prssure yourself with having sex, especially during the first night with a girl you may not know so well yet. You should try to get to know each other a bit better before actually sleeping together. However, you can cuddle up with her and both of you can do some kissing to be comfortable with at first...You can then decide what will, or what won't happen that night.
Just like many already told you: Those things come by themselves, you don't need to have guidelines. When the moment comes, you will know what to do. But if you don't plan on having children yet, do not forget to use birth control, whatever method you use...
