Have any of you heard of stuff called recking balm it supposedly removes tattoos?

I heard about it on the radio just curious if any one has tryed it or knows anything about it.

nothing other than a laser can totally remove a tattoo and even that doesn't make you skin back to normal

HI....no no no no no.i have lots and the only way is burning them off or laser
