I know of a couple , they can not have sex due to a diease and the boyfriend wants to have sex with someone else but still keep the girlfriend that he has now as the relationship ,they have tried everything she can not due the oral sex thing on him due to gagging all the time and he is getting frustated and they need to try new things but do not know what to tell them

If he has a GF and still wants to be with her than sex with other women is not recommended. It will eventually destroy the relationship that they have. If she's not opposed to the idea of oral sex they both should learn how it is done, so that gagging won't get in the way.

Any man or woman can have sex with another person without being in a relationship that why we have one night stands.
But there is no way to do it with moral and I'm not talking christian I'm talking in general.
If he wants to have sex with another woman even if the girlfriend agrees it means he does not love her he is with her for some other reason, I bet you any money or assets that if he was in a car accident and was in a wheelchair and could not get it up and his g/f did what he wants to do he would be calling her all sorts of unmentionables. He doesn't love her otherwise he wouldn't even have suggested it. Look at it this way it's not air people can go years even lifetimes without sex why does he have to do it.
I know all sorts of people who cant have sex for various reasons and they will tell you the exact same thing.

That's ridiculous. I know sex can be fun and all, but when you're in a relationship, you shouldn't want to have sex with anyone else but the one you're with. And if the one you're with can't or doesn't want to have sex, then you should respect that. You don't love them for sex. You love them for who they are and if he really loves his girlfriend, he will be faithful to her and just use his hands when he feels the urge coming on.
