I'm holding onto a Malaysian passport but has a Singapore Permanent Resident status. Am a Chinese and a Christian.

Go to the Israeli Embassy. I bet there is one in Singapore. Since you have a PR I bet you are there, right? Anyway, ask them if you need a tourist visa. If so, they'll process your paperwork. Either way, ask them for advice. Israeli security is very strict.

Even if you can enter, you have to be careful when you return to Malaysia and have your passport inspected, since this is probably breaking the Malaysian law. So it is best you don't have your passport stamped when you visit Israel. Being a Singapore PR won't help at all, since you hold a Malaysian passport.

once you're a 2d era singapore PR, you would be required to serve the Singapore NS. in case you do no longer you will could forfeit your PR-deliver. if i remember wisely, you will could sign a letter of project to serve NS once you turn sixteen or 17, or forfeit the PR-deliver at that age too. as for malaysian NS, that's success of the draw. so at the same time as you nonetheless carry malaysian citizenship, you would be called as much as serve too.

Join Church travel group.

They wont stamp ur passport with Israeli stamp if u travel with church group.

Plenty of big church in singapore got access to that.

I think that it's ok.
But what I suggest you is to fly to some europ city (like: paris, rome....)' and from, this city fly to Israel.
