because one lie leads to another and even if you forgive them for that they still continue to lie... its sad but unfortunately true

OCD is not a behavior, but an illness, and I would have to say that lying for a liar is the most difficult thing to break, especially if they have done it for a long time. I have seen it break up marriages of friends because one or the other can not control their compulsion to lie, even after threatened with divorce.

Like me if you have OCD a little habit can become literally un-breakable. I have to be super careful not to do anything that can cause a habit i already: Pop My knuckles, Have to check behind the shower curtain before i go to the bathroom, and bite my nails.

addiction to any thing, whether it be smoking,drugs booze,gambling,sex, what ever is ruff I have quit drugs and alcohol and keep trying to quit cigarettes. Which I feel is the hardest of all to quit.
