Yes. If you've ever known someone (of the same OR opposite sex) and had a plutonic relationship with them you might understand this. For example, you might love your brother, or a good friend, or even someone with whom you've shared a great deal of experiences. Bottom line, I think it comes down to: people tend to love the people with whom they've share a lot, whether it is intellectually, emotionally, or experiencially. Physical attraction and love should always have clearly defined boundaries.

I just answered that question for somebody else. Her answer was a little bit different tho she asked whether or not she should date someone that she had no physical attraction. To love someone yes i think it is possible. Love has no boundaries. If you love the personality enough that can surpass the physical attraction yes it is possible. Just remember the movie Hitch if you have seen it. Ugly guys that had married hot women.

I am very much in love w/ someone who at first I had no physical attraction at all. But since B/F before him was fine as hell and treated me like ****, I decided to give him a chance. The more I dated him the more his personality made up for his physical short comings. We have been together 4 going on 3 yrs. I love him the way all love should be.... Blind!!!!!

Yes, I have loved many without physical attraction. I love everyone yet, I don't have to like them.
