As an Irish woman - no. Particularly the West Brit Dublin accent and anything from the east side of the country, definitely NOT horny. Nice neutral accent, or west-flavoured, particular the Clare accent, is very cute. However, I wouldn't call it 'horny'. But then I hear it everyday. I think English spoken by other nationalities can be nice, especially as their own mother tongue peppers it with foreign idioms, it's kind of cute.

Probably no more than any other accent - although English women might find any foreign accent a turn on. Unfortunately, Scouse, Brummie, Geordie etc. maybe aren't - but I'm not a woman so I wouldn't know!

Absolutely, but I have recently found that a South African accent is even better. I've always been partial to the Irish, but let me tell you, give the South Africans a try....

why would an irish accent be horny, i thought only people could be that. no seriously, not really.....irish men tend to be small and reall piss heads...that is not attractive. the accent is just an accent, nothing special...sorry.

Accents often are indicators of exotic, different, mysterious.
Both men and women are turned on to new accents. They usually suggest things about the person that is unfamiliar, which may be why it's considered a turn-on.

yes i do, i love it. It makes me go weak at the knees. Eapically the rugged look as well, but the man has to be caring, honest,respectful. Most of all he has to make me laugh so if i can find all that in an Irish man i would be in heaven. not much I know but us women to have standards
