What you may need to look into is this: find a "dedicated" weight gainer (protein powder) that has somewhere between 40 and 60 grams of protein per serving, and take it as often as you need until you start to gain some mass.
If you have a Vitamin World in your area, go there. They have some of the best quality supplements, and they're much cheaper than GNC.

If you do not have a family histroy ( i.e fast thyrod problems or metablisem) and genaticly do not burn off everything you eat....then eat, eat and eat, sleep a lot and do moderate exercise.
