I am decently fit. I play tennis and whenever I am at my tennis lesson, while hitting balls for just 5 minutes continously I get EXTREMELY worn out, i lose all energy and I have to sit down. I get shortage of air in my body (I recently got an inhaler) but it hasn't done much in helping me continue working out. The doctor just said I need to use inhaler before work outs. I eat regularly and drink a good amount of water. Please help me!!!!!!!

You may want to get your heart checked out. My brother had the exact same symptoms and went to his doctor, who told him he was just dehydrated. It kept happening and he went to the ER. They found out his heart had some serious problems and ended up having to do a quintuple (yes 5) bypass surgery. He is fine now. He is only 32 and was in great shape before the surgery, a hockey player. The cardiologist told him that if he would've gotten it checked out sooner, surgery may not have been necessary. The doctor said that for some reason the veins and arteries connected to his heart had gotten so narrow that he was not getting enough blood circulation, causing the dizziness and fatigue.

Btw, 16 is not too young for this to happen, there was a 19 year old boy having the same surgery as my brother from the same symptoms and problems. See a doctor.

Go to your doctor and ask for a stress test, they will put you on a treadmill and make you walk, jog, and run at different levels. You will be hooked up to an EKG at the time and they will be able to see if there are any problems with your heart.

go to another doctor, or go back to your doctor and explain that this isn't working! make sure you tell them everything that's been happening! there's a number of things that can cause this, but a doctor is best to diagnose this!!!
