Hot Pizza Dip

Serve this hot, cheesy dip with crackers or Italian bread sticks."

INGREDIENTS:
6 ounces light cream cheese
1/2 cup light sour cream
1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1 cup low-moisture, part-skim Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/4 cup diced red pepper
1/4 cup sliced green onion
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
whole wheat bread sticks or crackers

DIRECTIONS:
Combine cream cheese, sour cream and oregano in bowl; stir until smooth. Spread evenly into 9-inch pie plate or quiche pan. Top with pizza sauce, shredded cheese, peppers and onions.
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Serve with whole wheat breadsticks or crackers

CUCUMBER DIP

INGREDIENTS:
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cucumber, peeled and diced
1 small onion, diced
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon garlic salt

DIRECTIONS:
In a bowl, thoroughly blend the cream cheese, cucumber, onion, mayonnaise, and garlic salt. Cover, and chill in the refrigerator until serving.


BEER CHEESE DIP

Fashion a round loaf of your favorite type of bread into a bowl, and fill it with this smooth, cheesy beer dip. You'll go back for bite after bite!"

INGREDIENTS:
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
2 (8 ounce) packages shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup beer
1 (1 pound) loaf round bread

DIRECTIONS:
Place cream cheese, Cheddar cheese, garlic powder and beer in a large bowl. Using an electric mixer, blend until smooth.
Remove and reserve top of round bread. Hollow out the loaf, reserving removed bread pieces.
Spoon cream cheese mixture into the hollowed loaf. Replace bread top between servings. Use the reserved removed bread pieces for dipping.

Pineapple Watermelon Salsa
A great summer salsa, perfect for dipping or in combination with chicken, fish, or pork.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups pineapple, chopped
- 2 cups watermelon, chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1 small jalapeño, finely chopped
fresh cilantro, chopped, adjust amount for taste
juice from 1 lime
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 0 minutes

Directions

Mix all ingredients together.
Refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving to combine all of the flavors.

I have one for a really tasty dip that also gives an answer to what the heck do we do with Spam.

Get 1 can of Spam
1 small jar of green olives with pimentos
1 8 oz tub of cream cheese.

Finely chop the spam and the olives. Mix all 3 ingredients together well, and serve with crackers.

I know SPAM??? This is a really tasty dip. Give it a try.

Get a cob of bread cut off top and remove the inside. Rip the pieces up and toast them in the oven. Spray with garlic oil or just regualar oil.

1pkt frozen spinach, 250 gms of diced bacon, 1 sml pkt grated parmesan cheese, sml tub of cottage cheese and sml tub of philladelphia cream cheese.


Lightly fry the bacon in a pan and add thawed spinach. When hot place in a lge mixing bowl and add the three cheeses and mix till all cheese is melted. Then put the warm dip back in the cob, and replace the top.

Put the cob on a platter surrounded by the toasted bread bits and presto a dip to die for.

You can also do a similar dip with smoked salmon, just cut out the spinach and bacon. lol

Spinach-Feta Chesse Dip

There are three delicious ways to serve this versatile dip: with
raw vegetables, as a spread with toasted pita triangles, or atop
a baked potato. For a thinner consistency, use undrained yogurt.

Makes three cups. Recipe can be halved or doubled.

2 cups plain yogurt
1 package (9 or 10 ounces) frozen leaf spinach, thawed
according to package direction.
1 clove garlic
2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill or 2 teaspoons dried
4 ounces feta cheese, cut into cubes
1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon salt

1. Set coffee filter or double thickness of paper toweling in
strainer over small bowl. Spoon yogurt into filter. Refrigerate
yogurt and let drain for two hours. (You should have about
1-1/2 cups of yogurt.)
2. Squeeze liquid from spinach.
3. Place garlic an dill in food processor. Whirl until finely chopped.
Add spinach, feta cheese, lemon rind, pepper and salt. Whirl
1 minute or until cheese is finely grated, scraping down side
of bowl as needed. Add drained yogurt. Pulse with on/off
motion just until mixture is combined.

Frijoles con Queso
1 can Rosarita Fat Free re-fried beans
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
pinch salt

Mix the above together in a microwave safe bowl or baking dish (about 1 quart). Heat 4 minutes on high. Stir well. Cover beans with grated cheddar cheese, Monterrey jack cheese, or a combination of both. Return to microwave and heat until cheese melts.
Serve with tortilla chips.

My 2 dips never fail. Mexican Bean dip, 2 ways to do it, the easy way when you have no time, get a can or two of refried beans, top with mexican cheese blend and bake until cheese is melted on top. Serve with tostitos tortilla chips or corn chips. The second way is to use beans and mash them yourself but that takes work. Also a spinach dip, I like to sautee or blanch fresh spinach best but the frozen works too, then add mayo, parm cheese, sauteed onions (diced) and that's all there is to it. Looks impressive in a bread bowl with veggies for dipping.

This recipe is so easy and it goes fast!!
Chilli Dip

2 cans of Hormel Chilli
1 16 oz cream cheese
1 package of shredded mexican cheese or cheddar cheese
Taco seasoning

Combine the Hormel chilli in a microwave safe bowl. Then add some of the taco seasoning on top of it. Spread softened cream cheese on top and top with all the mexican cheese or cheddar cheese. Put the rest of the taco seasoning on top. Put in microwave for about 7- 10 minutes until all the cheese is melted and everything is hot.
Serve with dipable fritos or corn tortilla chips

Bagel Dip

3 - 8 oz. package of cream cheese
1 - large sour cream
3 package of budding beef
1 small onion diced
garlic salt to taste
mix and serve with cut up bagel pieces
very, very, very good ... everyone will love it!! Good for any party.

Pumpkin fluff dip

1 (16 oz) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (5 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (15 oz) can solid pack pumpkin
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
mix together dip cinnamon graham cracker sticks, cinnamon grammy bears, nilla wafers or ginger snaps .. my family liked the cinnamon scooby snacks ... this is a good holiday dip the kids love it !!!

creamy fruit dip

1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
3 tablespoons orange juice concentrate
1 jar 7 oz) marshmallow creme
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and concentrate until smooth. Fold in marchmallow creme. Serve with assorted fresh fruit. makes about 2 cups.. great summer dip ..

Spicy Cream Cheese Dip
Ingredients: One 8-oz block of cream cheese and three tablespoons of pepper jelly.
Blend cream cheese together with pepper jelly using a food processor or blender.

Lingham's Sweet Chilli Cream Cheese Dip
Ingredients: One 8-oz block of cream cheese and half a bottle (6 oz) of Lingham's Hot Chilli Sauce.
Blend cream cheese together with hot sauce using a food processor or blender.

Beer Cheese Dip
Ingredients: 2 8 oz. pkgs. softened cream cheese, 2 cups sharp shredded cheddar, 1 pkg. buttermilk ranch dressing mix, 1/2 cup warm beer, 6 sliced green onions.
Mix 1st three ingredients together. Add beer & mix some more. Garnish with green onions on top.

Mexican Sausage Dip
Ingredients: 11 oz. Cream Cheese, 1 pound Bulk Sausage, 1 can (10 oz.) Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies.
Fry sausage until brown. Drain. Add cream cheese and Ro-Tel tomatoes. Heat thoroughly

Crab Dip
Ingredients: One 8 oz block of softened cream cheese, 1 tbls milk, 1 tbls horseradish sauce, 1 can white crab meat, 1/4 - 1/2 white onion (to taste).
Mix all ingredients together, spread into a small baking dish, and bake at 350 for 20 min. or until top is slightly browned.
