I walk 1.5 miles a day and I am on the slim fast diet.I have 2 shakes to replace 2 meals.For dinner I have lean meat and vegies.How much should I lose?If you did this how much did you lose?

It doesn't matter how much you lose. This is called a starvation diet - and 2 weeks after you get off of it, your body is going to want to stuff your face to prepare you for your next "starvation" period - you are going to gain everything back, if not more.

Do some research and do things the right way. A good place to start would be the Body for Life Program.

You should probably lose roughly 2-3 lbs a week. If it is your first or second week of starting this program you may lose more due to water weight. If you are just starting this you may see 5-10 lbs loss in the first week alone its always the biggest jump.

first you have to understand that when you gain weight it happens gradually but when you lose weight it happens in plateaus, I mean when you exercise and are on a diet you might not loose an inch the first 2 weeks and then suddenly you will notice that you lost a lot of weight.
