In general, vitamins from GNC may not be completely assimilated into your system. Their okay as far as vitamins go - but most of these kinds of products with the exception of weight gain formulas will probably not produce your desired result. They will likely not make a huge impact on the speed of hair growth. I totally recommend EcoQuest brand vitamins because they are taken with enzymes that work together to ensure maximum assilimation into your bloodstream. Once I was taking them for 2 weeks, I was amazed at the speed of growth of both my hair and nails. Do this test with your vitamin - put it in a glass of water - does it dissolve within half hour? If not, it's not going to get completely broken down by your system. Put a Ecoquest vitamin into a pudding cup with one of the enzyme tablets and you'll be amazed with the results.
