To everyone who answered above and below me, I have bad news for you: There is no afterlife. When you die, that's it. Sorry.

Well isn't that a good question. There isn't anywhere in the bible that it specifically talks about age in heaven. However, I have this feeling that age won't even be a consideration there...since when you are in heaven you will have a perfect body, without flaw, that can never be sick or die, tire, any of that.

My Dad passed away about a year and a half ago. He was 91 and my goodness....there was just about everything wrong with him that can go wrong in old people. I have a picture of him here at home, when he was in college...young and nice looking, full of energy and good health. I think he's like that now. Instead of being legally blind, he can see like an eagle. Instead of being exhausted and bent over, he can leap like a hart. Yes, I think it will be like that.

The Christian belief is neither old nor young - but a spiritual body only. Completely different - without age. No pain, suffering or even thought of the difficulties of this life.

1 Corinthians 15:35-58 talks about the resurrection body. I don't think it will be old or young in terms of the way we define these things. I don't think the body will "age".

They will be their optimum selves in heaven. I don't think there is like a corresponding age associated to it since it would be sort of irrelevant.

I just look at it this way, we probably allhave some point in our lives where we felt like we were at our best. When we get our glorified bodies, they are going to smoke anything we knew about in this life.

The Bible says that they will be young again. Age doesn't matter when you live forever but our bodies will be strong and perfect in health and will look approx. 17-25.

This has been ""toyed with"" by many Theo. Scholars.

The conclusion is that in Heaven one will be the equivalent of something like 22 to 24 years old PHYSICALLY.

Of course- a spiritual body etc. so this can only be a fun thing.

We will be given new bodies that will be free from the affects of aging. There will be no pain or suffering. I don't think we'll all look twenty, but we'll all feel better than anyone on this earth ever has.
