Might be bug bites and maybe the spreading is caused by some sort of allergic reaction. Either way you should go visit a doctor.

highly unlikely that it's chicken pox. They normally are visible first on your chest or stomach. Many young people in the US are immunized so that won't get chicken pox.

I would wash your feet with soap and dry them carefully. Put some nice cream on your feet, and tomorrow after you wake up look at your feet again, and decide whether you should go to the doctor/clinic. Might be athlete's foot if it's between your toes. In that case, there are products at the drug store that will work in a few days to cure you. In the meantime, keep your feet clean and dry and wear clean shoes and socks.

Could be, or if the itchy spots stay on your feet and/or around your mouth, you could have Foot and Mouth disease, which is related to Chicken Pox. Young kids, and sometimes people who work with oung kids, can get it.
If it is Chicken Pox, the spots will become fluid-filled (like little blisters)

Chicken pox looks more like blisters and can be quite large, go to your GP and ask to be checked out, when you make the appointment don't tell the receptionist that you think you have Chicken pox. As she won't let you go down to the surgery, just make an appointment

Do the spots look like small watery boils? If so this is most likely chicken pox, and I would recommend lots of calamine lotion, also try adding baking soda to your bathwater when bathing as it helps to dry out the pox.

hope you feel better soon.

Chicken pox usually start on the face and/or trunk. If they are isolated to your feet, it's probably not chicken pox. But, you probably still need to be seen by your doctor, especially if it stays the same (without getting any better) or gets worse. Good Luck!

Chickenpox spots appear as blisters and they do itch a lot. If yours are not blisters, you need to visit your doctor for a proper diagnosis and then they can be treated appropriately.

If they don't appear anywhere else go to a doctor. Might be something you picked up from the beach or public pool.
